Honey Singh has been MIA, but yesterday producer Manjeet Kaur and Tanpreet Singh released the trailer of Dilliwalli Zaalim Girlfriend wherein Honey has sung a song which goes: Mauj mein lagdi hai.
In a day-and-half, the song has garnered 5,80,000 views on YouTube.
Clearly, Honey's magic has not waned.
SpotboyE.com has it that the rapper gave finishing touches to the song only recently. "That work was done in Delhi," says a source close to T-Series who hold the film's music rights.
The rapper who was last seen on TV show India's Raw Star had walked out of the show midway in early November 2014.
There were several rumours about his health status, but none of those defined his illness (SpotboyE.com, January 3). Last but maybe not the least, there was talk that Shah Rukh Khan had slapped him during the Slam Tour undertaken before Happy New Year hit the theatres.
All's well that ends well.
